PTR arranged a bespoke face-to-face course for me with an expert in this particular field. The training was first class - and they took me out to lunch each day! Highly recommended.

I've now attended 2 courses with PTR (SQL Server Database Querying, and Designing a Data Warehouse) and have found them to be most helpful. The courses are well structured and have plenty of practical exercises to put theory into practice. The team are welcoming and friendly. I would definitely use them again.

Having recently upgraded to 365, we needed additional training on Teams and Sharepoint to help us better understand how we can make best use of these tools. The training provided by PTR was excellent, pitched at the right level and pace to suit us and what we needed. Everyone felt engaged and we are looking forward to building on the knowledge gained.

I found the course exceptional and the fact I had 1-1 tuition incredibly useful and fortunate. I understand talking to Ian it would be quite common for you to hold courses with 1 or 2 delegates only. Your tutor Ian was first class and had extensive knowledge of his subject both academically and from the perspective of many years of working for various commercial organisations. I came on the course with an objective of plugging gaps in my knowledge and having an opportunity to ask in depth questions on how and why to give me a true foundation and base in which to progress personally. As the course was 1-1 I had a facility and medium to achieve my goals. Ian answered all my questions. I was in a position to control the flow of the course to best fit my personal requirements. You facilities were excellent and special requests I had (ref parking ect) were fulfilled without issue. Thank you As a standard you supplied a midday meal as part of the course. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your company and services to my business. I found the week truly beneficial. Knowledgable trainer who had the confidence to let my colleague and myself dictate which topics we wanted to dive into deeper. This made the training much more useful than I'd dared hope. The general atmosphere is friendly and informal and we were taken out to lunch at local restaurants each day.
